Course Description: Focusing on building foundations for English This course guides students through a series of topics designed to give vocabulary and key phrase familiarity required to have open discussions around the topics and to write structured notes, letters, emails and essays. Speaking skills are best addressed in group learning, and the platform provides online tools to group students and supports meetings to facilitate speaking. In addition, the platform is adaptive so that the same content is delivered in custom difficulty levels that modulate to each student individually.

I really enjoyed this class because we don’t have many opportunities to speak English in our regular courses. I hope this course continues to be offered to students in the future.
